Knox’s Great American Midway is a third generation family owned carnival company, proudly serving the East Coast. It’s owned and operated by David Knox, Brian Knox, Alexis Wilson, and their dedicated family.

David’s grandfather Ralph Vincent Knox (Pappy) owned rides and games but is most well known for live Goldfish games, while both sides of Alexis’s family come from the amusement industry. Norman and Bonnie Taylor of Taylor’s Doughboy & George and Mary Wilson of Amusements of Hamburg — both family legacies well-known on the east coast.

In 2025, the show was purchased from the Oberst family of New York. What began as a 15-ride carnival quickly expanded in its first six months into 19-rides , now highlighted by stunning major rides including a Gondola Wheel, Sizzler, and Rock-O-Plane—with much more to come!
